Jenica Martin, a Realtor with Douglas Elliman in San Diego, strives to provide her clients with unmatched customer service, has a passion for developing relationships with her clients, as well as cultivating trust with her clients, so that they will be clients for life. It was clear to Jenica that real estate would be the most effective way to achieve her ambition of making a positive impact on the lives of people in her community while, at the same time, building a successful business. Jenica's focus has been on establishing herself as a dedicated, honest, and ambitious realtor. Her objective is to provide her clients with a one-stop resource for everything under the real estate umbrella; community, lifestyle, all things Real Estate and San Diego. Among Jenica's specialties are working with both buyers and sellers, and guiding them through the complexities of the real estate process. Additionally, Jenica excels at working with sellers who need to sell and buy a home at the same time, first-time home buyers, relocation clients, and VA military clients. Jenica is a native of Walnut Creek in San Francisco’s East Bay area, who came to San Diego for college. As a graduate of California State University San Marcos, Jenica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication. Before becoming a realtor, Jenica was a certified National Academy of Sports Medicine Personal Trainer. She is now a member of the National Association of Realtors.
