The Problem
Sellers home was built in 1964, was in its original condition and didn’t show well.
The Solution
Our team customized a pre-list strategy, which included new paint, ripping out all of the original carpet and polishing the beautiful original hardwood floors. We brought in our home staging company to highlight features in the home and its original mid-century charm. We met the appraiser at the property to negotiate the purchase price.
The Results
Over 300 showings in 5 days, resulting in 51 offers. We negotiated and closed $141K over asking price and our client set record price for the neighborhood,
all with no appraisal issues.
